Every Gen Rep works directly with the exec team and owns real projects from day one. Open to all UC students — no prior club experience needed.

Marketing Gen Rep 마케팅

Be the voice of KSA — make our feed impossible to scroll past.

What you'll do

  • Run our Instagram and socials — plan the content calendar and keep the feed fresh, fun, and on-brand.
  • Create scroll-stopping content: reels, stories, event recaps, and member spotlights.
  • Hype up every KSA event before, during, and after — turn campus buzz into full rooms.
  • Track what's trending in K-culture and campus life, and turn it into content ideas that actually land.

What we're looking for

  • Chronically online (in a good way) — you know what's trending before it trends.
  • Comfortable creating short-form content: filming, captioning, posting.
  • A knack for writing captions people actually read.
  • No experience required — just ideas, energy, and consistency.

Event Gen Rep 이벤트

Turn 'we should do something' into the event everyone talks about.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run KSA's signature events — from K-BBQ nights to Chuseok celebrations and Sports Day.
  • Handle the behind-the-scenes magic: venue bookings, run sheets, supplies, and day-of logistics.
  • Reach out to sponsors and external partners to level up what we can offer members.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the whole exec team to bring every event from idea to reality.

What we're looking for

  • Organised enough to juggle timelines, bookings, and budgets without dropping the ball.
  • A team player who communicates early and often — no lone wolves here.
  • Confident (or willing to get confident) emailing venues, sponsors, and uni staff.
  • You genuinely love bringing people together — that's the whole job.

Graphic Gen Rep 그래픽

Give KSA its look — every post, poster, and banner starts with you.

What you'll do

  • Design Instagram posts, stories, and event posters that define the KSA aesthetic.
  • Build clean, reusable templates in Canva so our brand stays consistent everywhere.
  • Create visual content for everything we do — from event promos to merch concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to turn campaign ideas into visuals that pop.

What we're looking for

  • Comfortable with Canva — Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma are a bonus, not a must.
  • An eye for layout, colour, and typography (your camera roll is full of design inspo).
  • Able to take feedback and iterate fast without losing your creative spark.
  • A portfolio is great, but passion projects and class work count too — show us anything you've made.
